Booking Policy
- $100 non-refundable deposit is required
- Dates are not guaranteed until deposit is received
- Deposit must be made at least 30 days prior to party
- Remaining balance is due on the day of party

What types of parties can I host at Sprowls Horizon Sports Park?
You can host birthday parties (kids, teens, adults), corporate events, team celebrations, private gatherings, and even holiday or themed parties.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better! We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Peak weekends may fill up quickly.
How long is each party package?
We offer 2-hour, 2.5-hour, and 3-hour packages, depending on your event needs and availability. Additional time can also be purchased, depending on availability.
Can I bring my own food or decorations?
Decorations are allowed and encouraged! Bringing outside food and/or drinks will depend on your party package. Please consult with one of our sales representatives.
Do you offer themed or sports-specific parties?
We can tailor any party theme or plan to your specific request! Utilization of the fields and/or rink may come at an additional cost in the party package.
